BioCopy Therapeutics is a multinational biotechnology company headquartered in Switzerland, with a state-of-the-art R&D facility in Emmendingen, Germany. Founded in 2019, BioCopy combines deep expertise in antibody engineering with advanced data science and AI in an integrated wet-lab and digital discovery model.
Our proprietary platform is designed to unlock challenging intracellular cancer targets and accelerate the development of next-generation TCR(m)-based immunotherapeutics with differentiated safety and efficacy profiles.

Dr. Matthias Wiedenfels (CEO) is a serial entrepreneur and life sciences investor and former CEO of STADA Arzneimittel AG.
Dr. Jörg Birkenfeld (CSO) is a molecular biologist with more than 20 years of experience in pharma and biotech R&D, including leadership roles in molecular biology and antibody informatics at Bayer and Sanofi’s biologics screening division.
Quinton Holland (CFO) is a chartered accountant with extensive financial leadership experience across biotech, AI, and banking.
Dr. Simon Schuster (Head of R&D) is an immunobiologist and former Senior Scientist at MorphoSys, with expertise in antibody engineering and cross-functional R&D leadership.
