Tailor-made microarray manufacturing is a challenging task. We can provide anything from classical printing to cutting-edge manufacturing techniques.
Our special expertise comprises various biochemical and mechanical processes, which strongly depend on the type of microarray (DNA, proteins or biomolecular complexes). We can, for instance, use solid phase PCR to produce high quality and long (> 1kb) DNA arrays or an in vitro translation method to produce protein arrays.
Our latest technology permits the creation of microarrays consisting of molecular complexes, like, different peptide-HLA combinations. Thanks to the combination of biochemical and microfluidic approaches, we developed many different arrays, which can be used to measure the binding kinetic of various analytes in high throughput. With our proprietary technology, we can put thousands of different molecule species on one array and keep each individual spot homogenous. Our microarrays are fabricated on special slides for the purpose of high-throughput binding interaction studies.
